Yes, Lucille Ball and husband Desi did live in the San Fernando valley
in Chatsworth about 10 miles from Encino. They had about 5 acres of land
there. The land was very flat and they had a very large grove of orange
trees. The views of the of the surrounding mountains and countryside
were breathtaking because the area was so sparsely developed. Total
price $14,500.
