I watched Disc 1 of the recently released DVD set "I Love Lucy" Seasons 7,
8, 
9.

Within that first disc, I watched "The Celebrity Next Door" episode.
Within 
that episode ("The Celebrity Next Door") there is a scene toward the end
where 
Ms Bankhead is itching all over because she ate some strawberries which
she is 
allergic to (at least in this episode)....

IIRC, in the previously released Columbia House VHS of this same episode, 
there was a reference earlier in the episode where Bankhead mentions she
is 
allergic to strawberries - thus making the latter scene funnier.

On Amazon.com, I found this, which I think answers my question:

"Also in the show "The Celebrity Next Door" this episode is cut because it

does no explain how Talula is allergic to strawberries, when originally
aired 
Talula said that she got hives whenever she ate strawberries but on this
set 
it does not explain that"
