I don't see it as a contradiction at all. Who but the truly oppressed
are going to work hardest in order to GET their message out? The fact
that the internet exists makes it much easier now to be hear but
internet access doesn't exist because of governmental largesse. The
internet is available world wide and operates much to the chagrin of
truly repressive regimes, such as those in China and North Korea. In
our own country the people HAVE become more oppressed over the years,
there's no denying that. The passage of every bill into law either
limits, curtails, or ends something (a right, freedom, etc.) that once
existed. We may still be The Land Of The Free, we're just not as free
as we USED to be.......
