I recall that, in light of the cancellation of his other Food Network
show(s), there was some speclation here that the "Next Iron Chef" was to
be
a replacement for Mario Batali. So I was relieved to see that on the most
recent battle they introduced Iron Chefs Flay, Morimoto, Cora, Simon, AND
Batali.
