I come from Buffy fandom, and there I tried to avoid the big season
spoilers, with mixed success. I find that with JoA, I feel less of a need
to avoid spoilers, because I've come to realize that even the most
accurate don't tell the full story.
Specifically, the fact that a college student would start tutoring Joan
and Adam would be jealous has been on all the JoA fansites for the last
month or so, but none of them knew that Roger would be a specific God
assignment ("Since you've been missing them so much").
Joan really has absorbed more than she thinks she has. In conversation,
without making a big deal of it, she used 'idiot savant' in the proper
context and with the proper pronounciation.
We find that Tuchman's first initial is 'L'. Big, Capital 'L'.
New for 2005, professional Rock/Paper/Scissors.
And the message for tonight: There is no 'do' or 'not do', there is only
'try'.
The Kevin story: You could see it coming a couple of eps ago. It came.
Kevin's still working on Joan's boat.
The Helen story: Putting her confirmation on hold isn't really addressing
the issues.
The Will story: On various of the JoA posting boards, they refer to
Will's boss as 'Lucyfer'. She seems to be living up to it.
Friedman: "She is so hot."
Grace: "You really made him sweat. I can't make him sweat like that when
we're alone."
Joan (to God): "You're being awfully nice to me. Why?"
The teaser for the next show is a little confusing. They said 'in two
weeks', but even the schedule on the CBS site says next week. So, which
is it?
