I don't see your point. None of us knows the future, so why talk about
'informed' decisions, especially when it concerns insignificant acts
like picking up a piece of trash. If we were all-knowing about all the
consequences of every act, we'd be God. Who among us hasn't been
falsely accused of some wrongdoing, especially when we were teenagers?
