I have no problem with Joan being falsely accused.  If she, on her own,
had 
decided to pick up the egg carton and the rest happened I would not be 
objecting (except for the general unfairness).

My problem is God knew what would happen because of his request and Joan 
acted on it not knowing, but trusting him.

Since God lied, by omission, He took away her free will.
