No my problem is not that the "direct result in Joan's life was not
positive". It is that He lied by omission. He has asked to do things
that
hurt her in the short run, for example when He told her to drop out of the
protest and re-take the test she was accused of cheating on. I didn't
like
that either (but for different reasons), but Joan followed His request.
God
asked her to pick up the trash because it was a safety hazard (Someone
could
slip). God knew the really consequences of that action but deliberately
mislead her. If He had asked her to pick up the and told her the reason
was
He wanted her to get community service, I would have no problem.
