This is the first episode that has really pissed me off. In it
characters do and say things based on what the plot is rather than
what they have been portrayed as being for the season, from what I can
tell.
Joan comes out with the line to Adam that she "could always trust him"
Huh? Hasn't she been watching the show, how about the ep with the
video camera, yeah that was trust.
Suddenly Adam is merely unthinking and horny. Jeez, it sounds like
some pages from a script for her older brother got lodged in the wrong
place.
If you are going to have a show with a teenage girl talking to the
supreme being, it would be nice if you could make the human
relationships a bit more believable.
It seems like they are just getting ready to hit a reset button, to
pump up ratings or go in another direction.
Fortunately there are always videos for me to watch instead.
Feh.
Maybe they should be planning an ep titled Joan in the Shark
