I think that the writers are trying to appeal to a larger audience,
possibly
thinking if they get too much into the Bible that it will turn some off,
the
ones who are spiritual but not really into religion...just my opinion. I,
personally, am an optimist and would like to see more positive
endings...most of this season has been rather dark and sad...God, for me,
is
about giving me strength, which I'm not sure I'm seeing here...I would
like
to see God work more within the family and let Helen enjoy life a bit more
and see more smiles, less tears. I want to see Kevin have hope regarding
his
condition, I want Joan to have a happy day, no more killings, people
appreciate Luke for the cool guy that he is, etc etc...last night was
dreary
and now I'm wondering if Adam is going to be written off or will we see
Joan
forgiving him. I was shocked when that scene appeared with him and the
other
girl...at first I thought maybe Joan was dreaming this...I think the
writers are grabbing at straws and think they should...hire me of course.
Peace,
Giuditta
