I have never cared much for the guidance councilor (and find it hard to 
believe that the other teacher would have any interest in him).  However,
I 
did like the Joan plot with him.  I was afraid this was going to turn out
to 
be some big fake scandal involving Joan and they avoided that.  Joan did
try 
to help him with the false accusation and I liked that even though that
was 
doomed.  But her involvement with him did help motivate him to get on with

his life.  It was a decent combination of her actions and uncontrolled 
ripples.

We again got to see what an idiot Kevin is.  Maybe one of these times he 
will actually learn something from it.

I liked the lack of police plot.

Preppie Grace was hysterical.

I didn't care for the fact that Joan hid the reason for her break up from 
Adam.  I wanted to see he family's reactions.

Although Helen's empty nest syndrome is reasonable, she was way over the 
top.

I am confused by the ending.  Just exactly where to Adam and Joan stand. 
She should still be very pissed at him.  If they are already moving them 
back together I will be very pissed.  The best thing about "Trial and
Error" 
was breaking up Adam and Joan.  They should not be together, even if he 
hadn't cheated on her.  They have to many issues to deal with and they are

not.
