OK, I will accept that.  I thought she sis the whole thing from scratch 
after Adam was found.

I agree the communication between most of the characters is poor and
should 
improve, but this wasn't the topic to start on.  For all we know, the only

child who knew about the rape was Joan so Will told about the rape and
what 
was upsetting Helen at this particular time.  Kevin has all the subtly of
a 
train wreck and very little understanding of other's feelings.  Will
telling 
him was a poor idea.

Joan would benefit from talking to someone about her God missions, but
only 
if they would accept them as real and be sup****tive of her missions.  I do

think very few people, even those who are deeply religious, would be 
understanding.  Although many people feel a connection to God and feel He 
(or She) is talking to them, they don't mean it in the way Joan
experiences 
it.  I think the best Joan could expect is to be humored and that wouldn't

provide her any sup****t.  It would actually make things more difficult for

her.
