Excuse me????

A woman choosing not to have *** does not necessarily have ANYTHING to
do with frigidity or feelings that *** is dirty.

A woman may say she doesn't "feel ready" as a way to put off an
over-eager suitor because she has a hard time explaining her reasons.
In this day and age, it's hard for a woman to choose abstinence for any
reason that general society would find acceptable, so "not feeling
ready" is an easier "out" than explaining her reasons.

That is NOT a phrase I personally ever used -- I had no problem telling
people that I wanted to remain a virgin till marriage -- but I can see
other people doing that. And it's got NOTHING to do with frigidity,
etc. It is a moral (and sensible) choice for some people.
