So far I have not been able to determine which of the scenes were "deleted
scenes".   But I am still only watching the episodes I missed.

One of the "features" is the option to watch a couple of the episodes with
"commentary" turned on, which means the dialogue is drowned out by the
running chatter of some production functionary who comments on this and
that
about the production.  It was so annoying, I turned it off after a few
minutes.  I guess if you are into show trivia, it might be interesting.

I just saw the episode with the science fair rail gun.  Gotta get back to
the TV...
