You are right, the CBS people were clearly mistaken about it, as shown by
the fact that the only shows on Friday night with less viewers were,
well, all the other shows on Friday night (it was the higest rated show
of the night).
As I've been saying since May, unless the other networks come up with
different programming, it's a guaranteed winner. It clearly sucks less
than the stuff on the other major networks in its timeslot, and the
opening ratings showed it (I loved that it doubled up Supernanny). It's
the frickin' return of Least Objectionable Program (LOP).
