Wheelie Cars
The Squadron vs. Destroyers
Junkyard Wars is back for another rip roaring series. At large on the heap
are hosts Robert Llewellyn and Lisa Rogers, there to lend our madcap teams
a
helping hand as they compete to construct truly crazy contraptions from a
pile of old junk. First in line it's a test of military might as the Royal
Air Force take on the Royal Navy in a truly uplifting challenge. Our
military engineers' mission is to build a grit-crunching, gravity-defying
wheelie car and race it along the legendary Santa Pod race track. It's a
keenly fought contest, but which arm of the services will rise to the
challenge and who'll fall flat on their faces?

Bomb Disposal
Cops and Bodgers vs. Men in White (Coats)
This week, it's one of the most explosive shows ever, as two teams battle
it
out to build a bomb disposal machine. Things go with a bang as the Cops
and
Bodgers pit their wits against a trio of techies, the Men in White. Their
hair-raising challenge is to construct a remotely-controlled machine that
can cut through electrified fencing, tackle deadly toxic waste, and
dispose
of dangerous bombs set to explode at the slightest knock.

Backpack Cars
The Muckspreaders vs. Ging Gang Goolies
Building a car that folds up and fits in a bag is the stuff of James Bond,
but this week we're asking our teams to do just that with scrap. For this
challenge they have to race a vehicle that can carry all four team
members.
It's not that simple though, because when one of Hamp****re's notorious
rockfalls blocks their path, they have to take their machine apart and
carry
it across treacherous terrain in their own rucksacks before re-assembling
it
and racing to the finish line. This week it's the turn of The
Muckspreaders,
a chunky team of student farmers, and the Ging Gang Goolies, a troop of
Es*** scout leaders, to be shaken, not stirred.

Amphi Bikes
Rockin' Rabble vs. Double Deckers
This week it could be sink or swim as our teams battle it out to build
amphibious motorbikes. Taking on our tricky task are a trio of
slick-backed
1950s-style rockers from Sheffield, The Rocking Rabble, who'll fight it
out
with The Double Deckers, a team of barmy bus mechanics from Bucks. So
which
of our amphibious bike boys can whizz over the wet stuff and who'll tear
it
up on terra firma?
