Yes, you're right. That set of rolls they gave us were a museum piece
-- well they would have been but they were amost rusted solid and a
couple of the levers were broken. Is pent about an hour *fixing* the
rollers before I could use them -- still, they don't call it a
challenge for nothing eh? ;-)
Actually, you don't always want lots of grip -- especially when you're
trying to make a cone. That's because you need to slip the metal
through teh rollers as your roll it -- other wise you don't get a
tighter radius at the small end than the large end.
