Dick Strawbridge, captain / expert from scrapheap challenge has a new job a
present of Crafty Tricks of Wars (Weds 8pm BBC2), it's made by the beeb so
don't know if it'll appear in the USA but from watching the first
programme
it's great.
In the first programme they tested 50+ year old war ideas including...
The fabric bridge (worked so so)
explosive catherine wheel (worked)
water activated rocket flare (worked very well)
Pigion guided missile (invented by a dumb yank) no live animals were used
in
the recreation.
