Throwing in the towel

Looks like I'm the lone holdout in this NG.
Junkyard-Wars AND Scrapheap-Challenge have both been trashed. Looks like 
it's finally time to throw in the towel and say goodbye to all. Thanks to 
those who participated in some spirited discussions and second-guessing in

the past years. More importantly, thanks to the producers and the 
participating teams who captured our diverse interests and kept us
guessing 
how we could do it better and gave us a few laughs.

I've mentioned in the past that I am an electrical engineer and a bit of a

motorhead. For the past 30 some odd years, I've been working with and 
designing all matter of high-tech instruments with painstaking details. I 
immediately liked JY-W as it was shoot-from-the-hip tech... and a good 
amount of it actually worked! For years to come, every time I pass a heap
of 
junk, I'll think to myself, "what can I make from this?" Thanks Cathy.
