Yes, they are all torrents, the downside of torrents is unless you
download within a few weeks of the torrent coming online the speed can
be very slow.

I recommend http://www.utorrent.com/
for downloading torrents as it's
a standalone app (just one file, nothing to install), I use it many a
time for downloading Linux Distos
