Well, wasn't that right after Dennis confused Jack with the rap?
I did wonder about that part where Jack said "two different worlds..."
that part seemed to be about George and David, certainly their
backgrounds.
However, in fairness, in the articles I've read about the show (online),
I never read any implication they didn't get along (or that people
thought they wouldn't). In fact George said some nice things about
David's acting as well.
But yes, there was a lot of double meaning going in the last 2...maybe
on a personal as well as professional level..they seemed to be
expressing a lot of sadness as well as affection for each other.
