In the episode, "Softball", Dennis tells a story about a baseball bat
flying
from Jack's hand. The bat fell 23 stories to the sidewalk.
In a number of episodes, Jack's office window opens. Wouldn't a tall
building with any significant number of windows that opened be an
architecturally and physically unsound nightmare? I think all of the tall
buildings I've been in have sealed windows.
Is it a sitcom's reality-bending or are there really such buildings?
