I last remember seeing this sketch about 13 years ago (which I guess
would be around the end of the 4th season) on Comedy Central, so I
might be wrong about some of the details, but hopefully someone might
recognize what I'm talking about.
Here it goes: Basically, Dave and (I think) Kevin are at a party or
something, trying to start up conversation with the crowd. Kevin will
say something non-chalant to to one of the partygoers, and then Dave
will follow that up with something really embarrassing about Kevin.
Then when Kevin is talking, defending himself, Dave just stands there,
silently, with a big grin on his face. The same thing happens to Kevin
repeatedly throughout the sketch.
