Yeah, I realise this, I looked it up. Perhaps I should have been more
specific about what I mean WRT the model being out of production. I'm
talking about the KITT model of course, not the name.

That I wouldn't argue with. It's just still a design that people
associate with last century. If that design of Trans Am hadn't existed
before and then it got launched tomorrow and they subsequently based
KITT on it, then it'd make sense. It'd be a current car design.
