A neat appearance by Operations in the last episode of 24 too.. Cool
Only from the POV that the two series are in part formula TV,
in that each set of episodes revolved around two different
kinds of conspiracy.
In the first series there was the whole attempted assassination
of David Palmer and the B plot of Drazen wanting revenge on Jack
Bauer, which was played out quite well. In the current series
we had the whole fake recording of three countries and a conspiracy
to start a nuclear war by detonating a bomb on US soil.
Having said that just how much time had passed between series one
and the current series? I was under the impression it was about
one year, but having missed the first couple of episodes I can't
say that is 100% correct. But even if they were only a few months
apart just how many conspiracies can you have in one country and
around a small tight knit group of characters?
