I like it. It's a phrase that Ian Fleming used in one of his Bond
stories, and it's also apropos to what happened in "Casino Royale":

I still find it hard to believe that they changed the title of
"Licence Revoked" to "Licence to Kill" because Americans re****tedly
didn't get it. It's not like "revoke" is an obscure word.
