Was anyone else thoubled by the lack of discussion with the judge
about the mental state of the witness? No special instructions to the
jury?
Does anyone know what really happens when a witness is mentally

Wouldn't opposing counsel at least ask for some kind of exam or
determination that the individual in question could tell the
difference between the truth and fiction?
