At the end of S. 2 Clark proposes and the ep ends B4 Lois can respond. At
the beginning of S.3 "We Have A Lot To Talk About" Clark proposes, Lois
replies "Who's asking, Clark, or Superman?". That's what I recall. That's
when she announces that she knows. B4 that she made a veiled comment "the
way you touched me..." in regard to the way Supes & Clark have touched
her.
IIRC she also found out - tem****arily - in an ep with Tempus but did not
retain the info at the end.
