Oh, You're thinking of the baby--I don't mean Julian--I mean the adult one

that was by another woman.  Lex rescued him from some Chinese gangsters. 
Didn't we see him in just one episode?  I don't think any more was said 
about him and I don't remember him being killed.  Clark played some 
basketball with him and the game got a bit rough.

Don't know about Streaky.  But the dog Shelby was probably an expense that

they didn't need since he (it) added nothing to any story.  I would've had

the dog jump Jason to rescue Jonathan and Martha and then have the meteor 
hit but I guess that is why I'm not a writer-- I couldn't predict how they

were just going to ignore that Jason existed.  The dog attacking Jason
would 
have required some outcome in the next season opener.  As it was they just

blew off Jason's character.
