Can't be Locke.  Locke has Blue Eyes.  Watch the scene again.  After
Hurley 
runs off and falls down, he looks up to see Locke.  Very easy to see the 
color of Lockes Eyes in that shot.  Watching the shot in slow motion on
HD, 
I tend to think that it was Hurley himself.  When the face is moving into 
the window, there seems to be a blur behind the head like a lot of curly 
hair.
