Danielle didn't say anything at that moment, but previously she gave
Ben a smack in the nose and said "she's not your daughter." I don't
think she has to smack him every time the comment is made to get the
point across that Alex is not Ben's biological daughter. That Alex is
Ben's adopted daughter is not really in dispute.
