The part I found interesting was that it was wearing a cow bell....If it
was 
a descendant of previous inhabitants live stock, I doubt it would have a 
bell. Someone is trying to keep track of this cow, otherwise it would not 
have a bell. After all, the purpose of a cow bell is to aid the owner in 
finding the cow when it is allowed to roam free.

But I REALLY think it was an animatronics cow used to keep track of who is

doing what. Sort of a "watch" cow security camera disguise....;)
