I replayed the ending a number of times that we saw take place in the
Vet(?) clinic, and I almost get the feeling that the voice we heard,
until we actually saw Ben, wasn't his. I'm probably wrong on this.
But consider the following: Ben looked on Jack's arrival to the
island, as a miracle from God. ... Especially, considering the fact that
he was in dire need of a surgeon, and would die shortly without one.
So, many here questioned at the time: Why didn't Ben just travel off the
island, and have his surgery?
Well surprise, surprise... Here's Ben's secret wardrobe room, and he has
enough pass****ts in there to put Jason Bourne to shame.
So what gives? He can't travel, but apparently he can??
I'm wondering if what we saw in the clinic is perhaps "not" Ben, but
rather a fabrication, just like Charlie was, or Dave..
Is Be maybe making expendable clones out of himself? ..And what about
Sayid? ...Why would Ben ask him: "How come Illsa didn't kill you?"
...KInd of an odd question to ask, no? ..It's like: "Why yes she did
kill me. ...So I'm dead, but yet I'm also still here." (Sound
familiar?)
I mentioned in a post a few days back, that I felt Ben had been
monkeying around with the Dharma equipment, and may have reeked havoc on
the outside world. ..Well it looks like I was on the right track.
...Ben told Sayid: You're going to have a new name." ..I wonder if his
image changes too? ...Maybe he'll turn out to be the spy on the boat.
(Hope we don't have a paradox)
Consider also, something Ben said near the end of the last episode,
when Locke was going to kill him: "You're right John...These people
are a threat. And if you shoot me you'll never know how great a threat
they "WERE" ...So I take it, something has taken place in the past.
...There's sort of a battle going on that involves time. If Sayid
kills people in the future, does that somehow eliminates them from the
past too? ..Jon
