Issues I am afraid the Writers might just drop.

There are several things in the show I am afraid the writers might not
fully explain and just let drop. Among them are the following:

What happened to the people in the tail section that "the Others"
kidnapped including the two children? Remember they were all walking
around the jungle going barefoot.  The Others didn't kill them I don't
think.

The Others aren't Darma except for Ben. Ben allied himself with the
Others and killed every last one of the Darma researchers on the
island. This seemed to have happened twenty years ago or longer
(Before the Others kidnapped the French Lady's child). So it leaves me
with two questions. If the Others aren't Darma who are they?
Descendants of the slave ****p? But Ben seems to have connections with
the outside world. Had he been Darma that would easily be explained,
but since he now isn't how can he get people like Juliet to join him
on the island?

Now, again, since the Others aren't Darma  why did Darma  airdrop
supplies in?

What I am afraid is that the writers originally intended that the
Others were Darma and then decided to go a different direction with
Ben killing the Darma people and they hoped we would just forget about
the Darma airdrop thing.

Here's a good question.  The whole  "push the button or the world will
explode" thing seems to be an Darma experiment. Did they kidnap the
people who would do the experiment from the outside world and then
killed them afterwards?  What did happen to the people Darma were
experimenting with, And wouldn't those places have protected whoever
were in them from the gas attack  Ben and the Others did against
Darma.

And, when the button wasn't pushed the whole sky turned color and the
Others lost contact with the outside. Was that the only thing that
happened as a result of that?

I know there are so many other questions that have been brought up but
these are the questions I kind of feel that they have moved away from
and will probably drop.
