Further, given the German twist, I wouldn't doubt Ben recruited Karl
specifically for Alex's future benefit.    Unfortunately, he had to
resort to the cage and room 23, ;-) because Karl was gettng too *****,
and he didn't want Alex pregnant, until he could corret the pregnancy
dilema.   ...Probably all those silly fertility experiments that Alpert
alluded to, with Ben, revolve around Ben trying to fix things for Alex's
