The dog in the poster looks like the same one in the cage. I assume
the poster was created specifically for the show, so this makes sense.
If the translation of "Allow us to help them" is correct, consider
this:

They re seriously dogs, of the mutt variety.
Maybe Ben puts himself out to be a dog rescuer, which the poster promotes.
He gets dogs and does experiments, a la mad scientist Moriarty. Perhaps
he
puts the dogs into space, investigating access to Craphole, and its
properties.
