I doubt this. From the flash backs we saw of them they are less than
ideal in any capacity. The pilot is simply the pilot that was lucky
enough to skip a day at work and not fly Oceanic 815 like he was supposed
to. Miles is a Ghost Whisperer (that is more accurate than Ghost
Buster I think, but ABC is not going to give CBS any props) is just
someone who has a gift. I don't think any of them know what is really
going on. Only Naomi did when she was briefed by Abaddon.

I don't see it the group is just to eclectic and disjointed. I don't
think they have any affiliation with DHARMA at all judging from their
actions. DHARMA was a well organize private foundation. These guys are a
couple of misfits. Maybe Naomi could had been DHARMA as maybe Abaddon,
but the rest of them? I don't think they even heard of DHARMA nevermind
being a vangard of its resurrection as an institution on the island.
