I'm sure you can find numerous things like that in almost every
episode of every show or movie if you have experience with a
particular topic.
Case in point: The most irritating thing to me in the most recent Lost
episode was the German lines. Obviously not done by a proficient
speaker of the language. Sometimes translations were too literal (word
by word instead of picking the appropriate idiom), sometimes the
subtitles were a bit off, and the actress playing Elsa isn't a native
speaker. She's Dutch, but at least tall, blond and blue-eyed, which
apparently was a major casting requirement. After all, that's what all
Germans look like, you know. *rollseyes* [When everyone knows that
only the Swedish all look like that! :)] Besides, Elsa hasn't been a
typical first name in Germany for quite a while. Somebody in the
writer's room probably just remembered their favourite Indiana Jones

But is this something to be annoyed about? Not really, in my opinion.
These things happen, most viewers won't notice, and when this episode
airs in Germany it will be dubbed anyway. But when you do notice
goofs, you just can't help being irritated because you are no longer
immersed in the story.
