Sayid shot was Else' boss.  I don't think so.  He was someone else on the 
list.  I don't think Sayid ever did shoot Else' boss.

Isn't she talking to her boss on the phone after she shot Sayid.  I know
we 
can't know that for sure, but I think thats what is implied.
