"The Time of Their Lives" was a very unusual Abbott and Costello film,
because Abbott and Costello do so little interacting.  In addition, at
the beginning of the movie, Abbott plays a rather nasty character.  It
makes me wonder what the relation****p of the two in real life was like
at the time.

Most of the Abbott and Costello movies seem to be vaudeville style
schtick connected by a vague plot.  This is the only one I know of
that feels like it started with a story.
