When I edited out the last commercial break for that episode it was
close to 5 minutes long, give or take a second.

I have noticed that the first commercial break is about 2 1/2 minutes
long.  After that they increase in length.  Beginnning with over 3
minutes in length and with the last one being over 4 minutes.
