here is a possible theory...please comment

We are being misdirected...and Juliet is not Ben's LOVE interest

she in some way....figures out...the mother/baby death problem on the
island

Ben was born on  the island....well this seems to be a lie unless
In some way he was conceived on the island...and that is what he means 
by born

and that his mother made it off the island...and she dies in 
childbirth...but something that Juliet figured out....makes it back into 
time so that Ben as a baby lives....

Just trying to link the Ben Lie about his birthplace, and the childbirth 
death storylines
