I doubt it will be this straightforward, but at this point we could
guess he pays Miles the 3.2 million and Miles tells Widmore Ben is
dead. Then Ben is free to leave the island with his henchman Sayid and
start gunning down Widmore's people. That's what I'd expect to happen
given what we know right now, but I'm sure it will turn out to be much
more complicated than that.
