A correction in how Goodwin met his death.  I reviewed that scene in the
episode 'The Other 48 Days'.  It appears that I had the way he died
wrong.  (Should have reviewed it before posting my first msg.)  As they
struggled they rolled down a hill.  Ana-Lucia picks up a wood stake and
points it at Goodwin who falls on it.  But the end result is still the
same, Ana-Lucia kills Goodwin.
