Harper; was: Goodwin -- can you refresh my memory?

Speaking of Goodwin and Harper, here's a question.  In "The Other Woman" 
(the latest episode) there's the scene where Ben and some Others watch 
Flight 815 come apart with the pieces falling toward the island.  Then 
Ben sends Goodwin to the tail section, Ethan to the cabin section.  As 
they leave, Harper is seen standing behind Goodwin.  That scene has been 
shown at least twice before, but was Harper in those episodes as well?  
If so, there's a question of continuity.  When they cast Harper, did 
they go back and find an extra who was standing in the background when 
that scene was originally filmed?  Or did they cast Harper from the 
beginning, have her carry a spear at least twice, and get lines in 
Season 4?  I don't have the facilities to go back and review those 
earlier episodes.
