Possible it is Walt's handwriting?  It did look a bit childish/
spastic.  Or was that just to disguise the handwriting/make it look
creepy.  Or perhaps the writers are just writers and implying that all
black people have bad penman****p.  Actually, thinking about it, that
last one is the most likely explanation.  ;)
