Way back in the day when Hurley saw his imaginary friend from the
mental hospital, during that episode, the gal that dies is shown at
the end during Hyrley's flashback as one of the patients at the
hospital... could it be the Island is just in Hurley's mind... and if
not, why has that situation never been revisited??? and what happened
to the sailboat????
