Perhaps the tombstone is a fake (we've been shown other fakes, maybe
this is another), and she's been brainwashed into thinking Jin has
died for some reason.  During the delivery, she was asking for him as
if he were still alive.  Maybe she was right, and maybe Hugo was there
to see if she'd remembered anything.
