Milvina had already been born when she boarded the ****p.  Aaron had
not been born when flight 815 crashed.

That in itself is not the problem with Aaron being one of the O6.
Jack's testimony made it sound like eight people (who had already been
born) initially survived the crash. The fact that an accused murderer
already had custody of Aaron even before her trial is the other oddity
in Aaron's case.  Based on previous comments from the producers, I
think Aaron *will* be the last member of the O6, but there is
definitely cause for confusion over the issue.
