Frank's Fools Errand and The Grassy Knoll

After 2 episode screenings and a thorough screen cap review, I think  
Frank's errand was to trans****t some of the freighter sharp shooters to  
the island for some Rousseau target practice.

Frank has limited fuel capacity on the choper, enough for 1 round trip, so
 
unless he is sight seeing in the open sea, he has headed back to the  
island. But who is with him?

The Rousseau, Karl, Alex shooting sequence shows Karl getting hit from the
 
rear with one shot that propels him forward and exits his front right  
chest.

Moments later Rousseau takes her hit from the front and the bullet does  
not appear to exit her front.

There is no way one shooter could have accomplished this, so 2 shooters  
with scopes and silencers were needed.

These appear to be pro shots. Do the 'Others' at the Temple have scoped  
rifles with silencers?

The shooting sure seemed like a set up by Ben when he sent the 3  
musketeers off to the Temple, but was it?
